Meet Andy Graham, Emma Walsh, Richard Groves, Laura Cutress and Sean Renshaw.
Working as the main events manager for Sheffield City Hall for many years, Andy has a vast wealth of experience in the industry and is a welcome addition to our team here at tdc.
Having worked with touring acts such as Foo Fighters, Billy Connelly and One Direction, successfully delivering projects like the X Factor and the Antiques Road Show and having worked with companies like The Royal College of Surgeons and Virgin heading up our team here will mean our clients are getting industry leading support. We count ourselves lucky to include him in our expanding team.
Emma was invited to join the team as our Digital Marketing Assistant after impressing us with her presentation to local employers at the “Meet the Graduates” event as part of the Graduate Accelerator Programme (GAP).
With an academic background including modules in Graphic Design, Audio Visual Science and Multimedia, Mobile Application Development, Web Development, Product Design and Industry Research, Emma’s role involves managing our website content and social media platforms (amongst a few other things!) and as an ICT graduate with a creative flair this is a role that Emma relishes.
Richard’s history in events has seen him work on three different continents. From satellite managing events across all sites of South America’s biggest Hostel Chain (Loki), to heading up acts in some of New Zealand’s top venues, followed by a stint in Southern France playing in and managing a band playing 8 gigs a week for 6 months, Richard has seen a lot of action!
Originally brought on to look after the events for tdc as a whole, he has now progressed to a Business Development role and looks after many satisfied clients that rely on his extensive knowledge to get them the right service, every time.
We have a Doctor in the house! Laura is our newest addition as the Commercial Assistant to tdc and recently became an official Doctor of Law.
We are extremely lucky to have her heading up all our day to day office management and admin. Her law background means that processes will be tightened up and that’s the way we like it as we push to grow and grow as the year progresses.
Laura will most likely be the one to answer your call if you are to ring the office and is relishing the opportunity to talk to each and every one of you!
Sean is the Live Events Technician here. With a background in IT and AV, Sean is the man in the know. Since he has started we have been constantly testing him on how we can make our healthy stock on in-house kit better and better.
So far there hasn’t been a problem he can’t fix, in fact since he’s been here he has brought a lot of new ideas to the table that we are integrating into our everyday working practice.
