We have three distinct menu ranges – Ready To Go and Up Tempo will cater for your day to day hospitality requirements for meetings and conferences. Our Chef’s Signature range is a separate offer for those occasions and events where you are looking for something special.

Both Ready To Go and Up Tempo offer a delicious range of refreshments, sweet treats, sandwich lunches, salads and finger buffets for meetings, gatherings and events taking place across campus and beyond. If you fancy something a little different, our breakfast menus are the perfect way to start a morning meeting and our selection of main course salads and cheese boards are a great change from a buffet or sandwich lunch.

The gUSto Chef’s Signature range is a selection that will be perfect for those occasions when you are looking for something a little bit special, whether it be a wine or cocktail reception, an afternoon tea, or any departmental celebration or event where you wish to offer a higher level of food, drink and service.
