Idaq were established in 2009 and operate our privately owned data centre in Sheffield which offers full cloud infrastructure.

We are able to provide a full portfolio of data centre services such as: dedicated, virtual and hosted servers, server back-up, reseller and web hosting, domain names and SSL Certification. Our clients include: World Book Day, Endemol and Tiger Aspect (TV production companies), Greenpeace, Rolls Royce, London Array, Models Own and many other Blue Chip organisations.

Idaq networks have recently developed our own core infrastructure to deliver our ‘icnos’ wireless leased line service. This enables us to offer high speed, business class internet services to businesses in Sheffield and in particular, those most heavily affected by the closure of Digital Region earlier in the year. We now have a number of cell sites throughout the City and our network coverage is continuing to grow as we add more cell locations to develop our network.

Our icnos service delivers private, uncontended and symmetrical data circuits, with minimal installation charges and at a significantly lower cost than traditional fixed line services. Most importantly however, they can be delivered in days rather than months.
