At Inox Dine we pride ourselves on the provenance of our food, sourcing only the finest, freshest produce carefully selected from quality, local suppliers in Yorkshire. In fact, we are so keen on sourcing locally that we are growing our own truffle trees on our balcony kindly donated by alumnus Dr Paul Thomas, and our honey is from hives at the University’s Ranmoor Village.
