Our systems monitor your IT equipment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This allows us to respond quickly to any issue that does arise, get it diagnosed and begin implementing the solution. Employees will be able to contact us via telephone, email or online chat in order to log support tickets. We can sort these out promptly in most cases using remote assistance to take control of the computer and address the problem.
For problems that cannot be solved using remote assistance, we offer onsite support. A courteous, experienced technician will be dispatched to solve whatever technical problem may have arisen with your equipment.
In addition, we proactively maintain your software systems to ensure that the minimum number of problems arise. This involves applying system updates and patches, installing anti-virus and anti-virus updates, cleaning up temporary files and defragging discs. These maintenance services are provided during the night in order to minimise disruption to your IT systems during the day.
