A new half day conference is being launched at SheffEX on 7th December to brief local businesses on some of the most important topics that will affect the region’s firms during 2016.

The recent announcement by Chancellor George Osborne that the Sheffield City Region will get devolved powers and additional funding it’s an important time that could transform how the public and private sector works together in future.

Richard Caborn, Sheffield’s new Business and Industry Ambassador will deliver a keynote setting out the local 2016 business agenda, followed by speakers dealing with the detail of a variety of topics relating to the Northern Powerhouse and other opportunities that will come up during 2015.
