My name is Susan Cumming and together with my husband Geoff we operate Virtual Office Solutions Limited.

I decided to start my own business in October 2001, originally as a sole trader and then latterly became a Limited Company. By doing this I realised that my passion to help businesses from start-ups to more established companies achieve their goals through support whilst offering a bespoke service could finally become a reality. Having been made redundant twice, then retraining as a legal secretary, I found that all the opportunities to utilize my skills previously was no longer an option in a law firm. I then seized the opportunity and took the plunge to start my own business!!!

We are experienced, skilled, professional, and friendly helpful members of your team, delivering a first class and personal service. We are all individuals and should be treated as such, hence our services are tailored to you and your requirements not packages.

We are a long established company and work with an experienced team who are based in head office which is an old Excise building in the old quarter of Stourbridge, however we cover the whole of the country with clients from Inverness in Scotland all the way down to London. We do not outsource our services as we feel this way we can work with our team to become your team.
