Women to Work, a with profits social enterprise aimed at helping individual women with children to define and create a fulfilling work life and to support organisations to create sustainable engagement of their female workforce.

We are driven by our social mission to “enable women, with children, who want or need to work, to define their working identity and to find working solutions to enable them to achieve their potential whilst supporting their families and contributing to our local, national and international community”.

Women to Work’s aim is to offer help to working mums through our workshops, coaching sessions, Business Club and online resources, whether thinking about returning to work, already in work and considering their options or planning to start or grow their own business.

Women to Work offers support to organisations through bespoke solutions such as coaching & mentoring scheme design and delivery; sustainable engagement of women in the workplace workshops for managers; maximising talent & engagement workshops for women in the workplace and one to one coaching.

We also offer ILM accredited programmes in coaching and mentoring.
